APPLICATION MATERIALS

Will be delivered annually to College Guidance Counselors of the eligible high school and available for download December of each year. Please ensure you download the correct year’s application.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 1.

Four Year College or University Application

This application is for those seeking to attend a four year university or college.

If an individual is applying to both four year colleges and trade or technical schools the individual should complete both applications.

If an individual is participating in the University System of New Hampshire Dual Enrollment program the individual should complete the four year college application.

Submitting Application Materials

Applications, Re-applications and Gap Year Applications are due February 1.

Applications and Re-applications should be clearly labeled as College/ University or Trade/Technical applications or Indicate if.

Applications should be compiled into a single pdf document and e-mailed to oberkotterfamilyfoun@devinemillimet.com

Award Letters and Re-Application Details

Award Letters are sent out in late April and shall contain all the necessary information for applicants to provide their final choice of school to the foundation and for the applicant to re-apply the next school year. Please retain these Award Letters as this is the only time you will receive this information.

Information and materials on this site are not guaranteed to be accurate or up-to-date. It is best to rely on the award letter and accompanying documents mailed to each recipient in April.


All New Recipients must email the PHYSICAL mailing address of the intended school’s bursar or financial aid office to : bursarinformation@oberkotterfamilyfoundation.org before June 1.

All Reapplicants should include the following information on a separate page of their reapplication. Any changes to a student’s college or information should update

To ensure the Foundation is able send the check for the scholarship you must include the following information(in this format):

  • Name of College/ University/ Trade/ Technical School

  • Name of a Contact Person within the Bursar or Financial Aid Office

  • Physical Mailing Address of Bursar or Financial Aid Office

  • Applicant’s Full Name and Date of Birth

  • Applicant’s School Identification Number

  • Applicant’s phone number and e-mail address (this contact information should be the applicant’s —not the applicant’s parents or guardians—to guarantee the Foundation can directly communicate with the applicant).

Failure to provide this information will result in the rescission of the scholarship without notice.
